TBX is acquiring an interest
in the Grasslands Prospect, a 2,800-acre multi well, multi pay zone oil
and gas prospect situated in the prolific Barnett Shale play in the Fort Worth
Basin. The Mississippian-age Barnett Shale is one of the most uniform
stratigraphic units in the basin. EURs projected to be in excess of 3 BCFG/well
or 210 BCFG. Excellent log correlations between the productive Barnett Shale
and Conglomerates make for an excellent long lasting drilling and production
program. The Grasslands Prospect is estimated to yield a multi well drilling
program, 210 BCFG min. in the Barnett Shale at an estimated total depth of
9000-ft.
Beckham County, Oklahoma
TBX acquired approximately a 3% interest in 160 gross
acres in Beckham County, Oklahoma. TBX is participating in a 13,200 foot
well called the Granite Wash Alan #1-11 which is currently being drilled. As of
8/16/00 drilling depth has reached 9,350 feet. Results regarding the further
development of this well will be forthcoming.
Ellis County, Oklahoma
TBX acquired approximately a 50% interest in 765.86
prospective acres in Ellis County, Oklahoma, conveying 80% net revenue
interest. In addition to an interest in the Safari well #1-33 which is
currently in production.
Garfield County, Oklahoma
As a part of the continued development plan, TBX Resources
Inc. is a participant in the drilling of a 7,000
foot Viola test in the Garfield County, Oklahoma region.
