Our Mission
TBX Resources' mission
is to develop natural gas reserves through new exploration efforts. Our main
areas of operations are located in Western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle in
the Anadarko Basin.
Since
it's incorporation in 1994, the company's growth has been achieved through the
acquisition of properties which are underdeveloped and are in areas where the
company believes substantial reserve additions can be made through
developmental drilling activities, improved production practices and enhanced
recovery techniques.
The company
is continually engaged in the evaluation and pursuit of additional properties
for acquisition which have low operating expenses and the potential for future
development.

TBX Resources,
Inc. is an independent energy company engaged in the
acquisition, production and development of proven domestic reserves.
TBX Resources was formed in
November of 1994 by its founder, Tim Burroughs.
Since that first day,
TBX Resources has been
aggressively moving to position itself as the premier producer of crude oil and
natural gas in the South Central United States. The recent listing of
TBX Resources as a public
corporation, the rejuvenation of crude oil prices, and the alliances now being
forged, will all contribute greatly to the realization of our goal.
Through dynamic and innovative contractual agreements with several
other industry partners, TBX Resources has put together a strong
development plan that takes advantage of over 76,800 acres of prime increased
density locations. This strategy enables TBX Resources, and it's
joint-venture partners, to obtain the highest success rate possible in the
development of massive natural gas reserves.
Some of our industry
partners are Pax Energy and The Merlin Corporation both privately held energy
companies based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Each of these companies share the
unique common goals with TBX Resources as team
