TBX Resources,Inc was incorporated in the State of Texas in March 1995.
In the past we have primarily focused our business efforts on acquiring oil and gas production
properties and leases.
Management has recently initiated a new direction for the company in order to add
shareholder value.
Currently, our primary focus is secure additional capital through strategic business alliances
with third parties for additional debt/equity financing arrangements
with an emphasis on acquiring companies and assets which will allow the company to
operate in the oil field services industry.
